Acceptance of terms
By accessing bluebirdcoaching.studio or booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Services
Bluebird Coaching provides professional development coaching and related resources. Service details, fees, schedules, and any additional terms are set in booking confirmations or separate agreements.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter these Terms.
Booking, cancellation, and payments
Bookings: scheduled via Calendly or confirmed in writing.
Cancellations/rescheduling: follow the policy provided at booking. Late cancellations and no‑shows may incur the full session fee.
Payments: processed via third‑party processors. Services may be suspended for overdue payments. Refunds follow the published refund policy or a separate agreement.
Confidentiality and limits
Coaching conversations are confidential. I will not disclose your personal information except (a) with your written consent, (b) to comply with law, or (c) to prevent harm.
Coaching is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health services. I may refer you to licensed professionals when appropriate.
Client responsibilities and results
Clients must provide accurate information and engage in the coaching process. Results depend on client effort; no guarantees or warranties of specific outcomes are made.
Intellectual property
All site content and coaching materials are owned by Bluebird Coaching or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. Materials are for your personal, noncommercial use only unless you receive written permission.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site or services to harass, defraud, infringe rights, or transmit harmful content. Violations may result in service termination.
Disclaimer of warranties
Services and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluebird disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
Bluebird Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected services in the six months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bluebird Coaching harmless from claims arising from your use of the site or services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate services per the booking terms. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bluebird Coaching is registered. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith and, where appropriate, through mediation before litigation.
Changes to terms
These Terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.
