  • Payment information: payment processors collect billing details; I do not store full card numbers.

  • Automatic/technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and analytics data.

  • Third‑party data: information collected via Calendly, payment processors (Stripe/PayPal or similar), Google Analytics, and email platforms per their policies.

How I use your data

  • Provide and manage coaching services, bookings, and communications (confirmations, reminders, follow‑ups).

  • Process payments and manage invoices.

  • Improve services and website experience using aggregated analytics.

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Legal basis for processing (where applicable)
Processing is based on your consent, performance of a contract (booking/coaching), legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), or legal compliance.

  • Service providers: Calendly, payment processors, email/marketing platforms, hosting, and analytics providers process data on my behalf.

  • Legal: data may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or to protect rights and safety.
