Hi! I’m Heidi, founder of Bluebird Coaching and a professional development coach who believes organizations best serve their communities by first empowering their people.

As an HR Director, I saw the real costs of high turnover—lost productivity, morale damage, and rising recruiting spend. As an Executive Assistant, I got a frontline view of the skills and mindsets that shape day‑to‑day performance and longevity. That dual perspective lets me diagnose root causes of disengagement and low performance quickly and design coaching that actually moves the needle.
